Max Bibo's was established by the Colangelo family of Rocky Hill, Connecticut over 20 years ago, opening a handful of locations throughout the Hartford, Connecticut area. Throughout the years Max Bibo's has been serving mouthwatering sandwiches, crafted with love and expertise by our dedicated team.

John and Aldi purchased the business in April 2023. Together, they bring over 25 years of restaurant and customer service to the table.

Our primary goal is to continue the legacy of Max Bibo's, while incorporating our own ideas and flare to entice customers across every generation. We are eager to create a space where customers can enjoy great food and come to relax. -- John & Aldi
